This policy explains how presences (“presences”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and safeguards personal data when you visit presence-agency.com, book a call, run a clipping campaign with us, or join our clipper network.

We act as the data controller for the information described below. If any part of this policy is unclear, reach out before using the site or our services.

We only collect what we need to run campaigns and improve the site:

• Details you give us — name, email, company, social handles and campaign goals submitted through our contact form or by email.
• Campaign data — the source content, accounts and performance figures tied to your clipping campaign.
• Clipper data — for network members, payout details and the clips and view counts you produce.
• Usage data — pages visited, referrer and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Your data is used to:

• respond to enquiries and scope a campaign proposal;
• deliver, distribute and report on your clipping campaign;
• pay clippers and administer the network;
• keep the site secure and measure how it performs;
• send service updates, and — only with your consent — occasional marketing.

We never sell your personal data.

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the basis of contract (to deliver services you've asked for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the site), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).

We share data only with providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, email, payments and the social platforms clips are distributed on. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use the data on our instructions.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Campaign and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Because our clipper network spans 40+ countries, your data may be processed outside your region. When it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we review our practices regularly and will notify you and the relevant authority of any breach as required by law.
